Service Department Greeter

Duties include:

* Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner making them feel welcome.

* Direct the customer to an available Service Advisor.

* Complete walk around inspection and give form the advisor.

* Drive vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot.

* Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner.

* Make sure all the vehicles in the service parking lot are kept locked at all times.

* Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot when their bill is paid or as directed by the Cashier.

* Inspect each vehicle for damage prior to parking for service and when retrieving after service for lot damage that may have been done during the vehicle's stay in the Service Department. Report any damage to management immediately.

* Maintain a high level of personal grooming, hygiene, and dress consistent with company policies.


Master Auto Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Assisting technician mechanics in performing technical activities.

* Diagnoses and repairs to specifications * brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.

* Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers on an as-required basis.

* Continuously learns new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.

* Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.

* Maintains an organized and neat bay; and assists in general shop organization.

* Other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of automotive mechanical diagnosis.

* 5 ASE certifications.

* Problem-solving and repair experience.

* Strong leadership skills.

* Highly motivated and energetic.

* All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.

* All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Automotive Parts Sales Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements, offer specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
* Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information. Assist outside sales representatives with their orders.
* Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process.
* Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person.
* Provide the same high level of service to the other dealership departments as is given to other customers. .
* Keep front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered.
* Participate in all training programs that are made available.
*Clean computer terminals and printers daily.
* Must be legally and technically able to operate company and customer  vehicles.
* Must be insurable by company insurance carrier.
*Must follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
*One year of experience in the automotive field
* One year of sales experience.
* Professional personal appearance.
* Ability to work well with the public and to multi-task
* Will be required to wear a dealership uniform at all times.

Lubrication Technician

*Basic tool kit with box
* Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
